Nando is a 5 year old mixed breed dog that has never bitten or been aggressive but is now on the dangerous dog list and forced to be muzzled at all times all for people trying to use dog to score points at owner, Nando had nipped person who reported him as person had been aggressive at his own home and he felt threatened, may I add the nip was just a pimple sized spot, of recent Nando has came into contact with this person again who was aggressive towards him and naturally he's barked at him which resulted in them reporting him again, Nando felt threatened and now he has to be muzzled for the rest of his life, a dog is being punished for people trying to score points with his owner which is unfair that he has to suffer, it was said they feared for their lives when he barked which is laughable as he is a small sized pug dog who has never been aggressive. .
