Hey everyone! Thank you so much for your support. Me and Varshini are trying our best to make this happen. Our goal is the majority of the school, so we need more support. We're doing everything to make this happen, because it is horrible to see people starve at lunch because the cafeteria ran out of food. Not all the food, but what they wanted, and though you might think it isn't a big deal and they should just get "something else", we need to remind you that maybe there isn't another option.
In order to get the most signatures possible, please repost the message below; in your group chats, emails, social media pages, everyone in the year book, comments on similar petitions, etc.:
Help Mercer students get their lunches and sign the petition below! Every signature makes a difference. https://chng.it/t6DgQFkmJw -Akshara and Varshini
Sometime later, we're planning on taking paper signatures during lunch to maximize the number of signs we get. Whoever signs the paper will be sent an email with the link of this petition. Thank you for showing so much support! We encourage you to tell your friends and family members about this too, to be a part of this change.
Varshini and I are also planning on running for SCA this year, so if we decide to do that, we would be more than happy to have your support and make this happen. Have a great rest of the day!
