I have learned that the juvenile justice center make it very hard for  men to have a relationship with their child, they have no rights to their children even after establishing paternity and paying child support. Mom has all rights dad is a nobody until the court says so this is unacceptable we the people must change this law. 

This law could prevent parental alienation, mom using kids as leverage and abusing her rights and power as the mother if both parents automatically has rights when paternity is established this may prevent as many absent fathers. Dads have to pay and fight while mom gets to collect his funds for the child and tell him he can’t see the child.

So the law says if a man and women isn’t married mom is the sole custody holder and establishing paternity ONLY gives you (the man) the right to pay child support. you then must petition the courts for your rights and pay more money then they the courts will give a schedule for when you can and can’t see your child.
