Can you imagine Memphis in May not in Tom Lee Park for 2 years? Truly, you can read or ask any official and they will explain that the proposed construction for renovating Tom Lee Park will take 18-24 months and construction should start in the fall... 

So reality is, if you want Memphis in May events in Tom Lee Park, on the riverfront in 2020, 2021 share the petition, share your opinions, start your own group, join the ones on FB... Tweet, Instagram, email, text, call your sphere... most importantly, call the Mayor, call your Representatives, your Senators, your Governor, your City Council Members... let them know why your against Memphis in May not being in Tom Lee Park.

MRPP told us personally that Memphis in May would be back in Tom Lee Park after the renovations; that realistically, would be in 2022! How will that affect the hospitality industry, hotels, bars, restaurants, coffee houses, shops, airbnb owners, uber - lyft drivers, wait staff, food vendors, etc... the list of people lives that this renovation touches is widespread and it is going to happen, it's going to happen in the fall of 2019!
