To celebrate, I wanted to share this YouTube playlist I’ve curated over the last 18 months. It features Snowy at all stages of life, from her heavily pregnant mother a week before birth to her final days as an elderly 14-year-old meerkat. Throughout, you can see the progression of the depigmentation which turned her into the beloved icon we celebrate today ~ Snowy the White Meerkat (12.9.2010 ~ 31.10.2024)

Please share this petition with anyone you think would want to see Snowy receive a monument and plaque at Adelaide Zoo. She, of all animals at Adelaide Zoo, deserves to be commemorated and I believe many people would agree if made aware of the fact that she currently isn’t.
