Ms. Lichtig has proven to be extremely divisive and controversial on human resource issues during her tenure in San Luis Obispo, CA.  This is extremely costly to taxpayers and unfair to city employees.

This divisiveness and controversy is consistent with her previous work experience in Santa Monica, Beverly Hills and Malibu, CA.  It deserves a serious, non-political review.
