Yesterday 17th July 2019 at the last Conservative Party hustings (leadership candidates addressing potential voters) Jeremy Hunt asked for any entrepreneurs in the 2000 + audience to raise their hands. Jeremy used this to indicate there are more entrepreneurs in a Conservative audience than you would find entrepreneurs in another party's similar sized audience.

A Basic Income covers survival needs whilst you are in the start up, uncertain stage of business. A Basic Income ensures more people are able to consider private enterprise as a way of earning extra money. Universal Basic Income will encourage more entrepreneurs.
