I'm hearing rumors that an act did withdraw this year as well, but that Skylar Katz, the 11 year old rapper, was brought back. There's at least still three spots left since the 28 acts from Judge Cuts and the 5 golden buzzers only make 33, and it's confirmed that 12 acts will perform in each quarterfinal round making it 36 total.
