Bring back the ticket office at the Curzon Soho

Bring back the ticket office at the Curzon Soho
The Issue
As a loyal Curzon Soho customer (eight years and counting), I want to ask Curzon cinema bosses to reinstate a dedicated ticket office desk as soon as possible as their current ticketing system at the cafe and the bar is proving to be more than ineffective.
Removing the ticket office in favour of a ticket/drinks combination bar is a big mistake. Speaking to my friends and other Curzon Soho regulars, they all feel the same. There needs to be a separate ticket office area.
What made the Curzon Soho really special and unique from other cinemas like the Odeon or the Vue is that Curzon Soho had its own separate ticket office at the entrance. Away from the busy areas of the cinema, it allowed customers time to see what was playing, ask what the films were about, and take the time to decide where to sit, etc. all with the help of the friendly knowledgeable staff.
Having bought tickets from the cafe and the bar (often understaffed and stressed) for the past two months during peak times, the staff hardly looked at me in the eye when they sold me the ticket as they were rushing trying to serve all the other customers waiting in the long queue. The drinks and popcorn are not the reason we come to the Curzon, the films are. It seems madness to combine the two at a single purchase point and expect the staff to have time to deal with the different focuses of their customers.
Also, often now there are no Curzon booklets available and even when there are some of these have no synopsis of the currents films being shown on that day. This is not how it used to be. The previous box office was perfect and offered time, space, and all the information I needed from the staff.
It seems mad that the space where the ticket office used to be is now just a few tables and a chairs seemingly being used by people not seeing films or drinking/eating from the ground floor cafe, but resting from a long day in London.
Please support me and other Curzon Soho regulars, to persuade Curzon bosses to reinstate the ticket office so we don't have to queue at the cafe or the bar to buy the tickets. The cafe and the bar are meant for food and drinks purchases and NOT for tickets.
I want to continue to go to the Curzon Soho, but I don't like feeling its customers experiences are being diminished and ignored in this new set up.
