After another meet with the council after they won the court case and after the 5 week extension to stay, they have backed down!!!! , Colin stays in his house!  Jaymee and Dan stay as his guardians and carers! 

Nan and grandad I know your smiling down and hope you are so proud of the fight everyone put up to fulfil your wishes

We as a family couldn't be happier

No uprooting Colin to a shared accommodation with irregular carers as the social first wanted

Absolutely no way was we going to let that happen!

Thank you all for supporting Colin and showing us how loved he is from near and afar and no doubt you will see him in the garden at some point waving and chatting when the weathers good ❤️
