Rally for Papa. Please share- watch this from TV report from KMBC 9 we need help. Our Father /Papa James Henderson was in the horrific 1-70 accident. Our mother/nana Linda Henderson died. Coventry insurance/Medicare is denying him the care/rehab he needs to SAVE MONEY
5 Top Doctors and Every Doctor who has seen our father has stated he needs to move to a long term acute care then acute rehab.(3hr rehab daily) They are trying to send him to a nursing home instead of getting him the care he needs All FOR MONEY. Also a common statement is he is old and they want to deny the rehab and care he needs. Anyone who pays premiums to medicare /Coventry should be given the same care and not be based on age or a company trying to skip 2 levels of care just to save money. Staying in ICU because of all the denials runs a risk of infections and blood clots. On March 11 they discovered a severe blood clot. He needs long term acute care and the Acute Rehab.
Our father is a fighter and with rehab he will walk again and be able to come home. Please help us and anyone who has ever been denied by an Insurance company:
