Case Dismissed, only to be reopened

In my case one of my patient, who visited my clinic only once, lodged a complaint against me at our state medical council, and on the 2nd hearing, he conveniently dissociated himself from the complaint, claiming he is not the person who has lodged the complaint. Now you tell me how to establish the identity of the complainant, so that a legal action can be initiated ..... The case was dismissed because the complainant could not be identified. As if this much was not frustrating enough, the State Medical Council has again issued me a summon (within less than 1 month) for a complaint against me ( in ref to the same patient but this time complainant is a different person ) in which my name is not spelled correctly, as well as my Registration number is not mentioned correctly.
