August 1st is my birthday and to know that Jakarta MADE concert is on that day really feels like the greatest birthday gift ever. 

And I was so wrong.

The concert was full of organized mistakes and the bitter and plain reaction from the promotor (and the owner) after all of the complaints forced me to make this petition.

I demand Mecimapro to give clarification for each of the issue below:

1. The Limited VIP Package

I bought the VIP package thinking that I will have all the privileges. Mecimapro promised that with IDR 3.500.000 we will get the sound check and fast track access. They also stated that it is a LIMITED package. Turned out they sold 1200 VIP packages, some even say more. I get the 1200 number from one of their crew when I asked him because the VIP line was so crowded. 1200 is not limited, it even almost half of the pink section. The sound check is also not exclusive because other section (around 200 people) can get them too through lucky draw, which caused the sound check party looked like a mini concert. And the worst part is, we didn't even get the privilege for the fast track access. There were many people from other section already inside the venue when we got there. The crew even didn't check our fast track ticket. So what is exactly we bought with IDR 3.500.000? What makes us different from pink section? If you can not point out what makes the VIP ticket is special, I demand you to refund IDR 1.000.000 to the VIP ticket buyers. And also explain to us why you sold 1200 of them. 

2. The Send Off Event

This could be one of the worst part of the concert. Luckily, I didn't win the "lucky" draw for this event. Around 100 "winners" are promised to have a send off event with Big Bang that day. They have to leave the concert 15 minutes earlier so they can meet the member after the concert. But turned out NO ONE from your crew know about this event and no one can give a clear confirmation about where and when the event will took. It even started to rain but none of your crew have enough sympathy. The "winners" were soaked in rain, left the concert before it finished, just to know that the event canceled. And no single apology for this extreme mistreatment from your crew. Some even say your crew laughed at them. Please clarify this.

3. No Sign Of The Concert

I really don't understand how you could have no SINGLE banner in the venue. There was clearly no sign that Big Bang is having a concert that day. The ticket price is ranged from IDR 850.000 to IDR 3.500.000 and you can't afford a single banner? Even a school festival can afford banner and flags for their event. How could you disrespected this concert this much?

4. Your Crew

I need a clear information about where and how you recruit your crew. There were MANY of them in the venue but NONE of them is useful. They can't even answer a simple question like: I have yellow ticket, where is my line? Your crew, didn't know where the people should line up. Did you brief your crew about this concert? It was really shameful for me to see that the one who worked hard during the concert was the YG staff. They helped the fainted audience while your crew busy taking selfie in the concert. They brought us water while your crew busy watching Big Bang. And we pay their salary. I get enrage just thinking about that. 

5. The Sound and Lightning

I watched the Jakarta Alive tour and despite the super messed up line, I still enjoy the stage. It was awesome, the sound, the lightning, the stage. My body hurt from the sun burn (in MEIS, we queued in the beach. Literally in the beach) but I was so happy due to the awesome stage. The MADE concert is like the total opposite. The queuing was really nice (inside the building with AC) but the stage was pathetic. I was in the right second row but I barely can see the member due to lighting and smoke effect (which smelled so bad). I can't depend on the right screen neither because it kept on and off almost the whole concert. The audio was so bad I missed so many conversation between the member. The mic was off several time when they were singing. And I got even more frustrated because my sight kept being blocked by other audience's gadget. Some even have the nerve to use selfie stick, proof that you didn't even checked the bag. Thank God no one had ill intention for the concert. You took out our food and drink but let DSLR camera and selfie stick in the venue. So my question is, WHY you used such a bad facility for a Kpop royalty like Big Bang?

6. Audience With No Ticket

This is the issue that enrages me the most. Many people witnessed that half way the show, your crew told people outside with no ticket to just go inside. HOW COULD YOUR CREW TOLD PEOPLE WITH NO TICKET TO "JUST GO INSIDE"? Do you know how crazy is that? We paid a HUGE amount of money for this concert, the money that you and your crew earn, and you disrespected our money like that? Even the cheapest ticket is not cheap! Why your crew let people with no ticket to go inside the venue and enjoy the show?

7. Fake Official Merchandise

I saw one of the buyer questioned about your official T-shirt merchandise because it looks different than the official T-shirt merchandise she bought from the 2NE1 concert. Your T-shirt merchandise tagged with made in China while the 2NE1's shirt tagged with made in Korea. It looks even more suspicious after the picture of the SM and TVXQ tag you put in the GD's picture and the fact that there is no one from the YGE Shop in the booth. Do you realize that you definitely did a crime if you sold a fake merchandise at the official concert? Do you realize that our law can throw you in jail for this fraud?

I almost want to forget about this horrible experience and just consider it as the Indonesian VIP bad luck, but after I saw how your owner (or one of your owner), Fransiska Melani, seems like have no regret or responsibility at all and continue to live her life like nothing bad ever happened, and even blocked all the people who "bashing" her, I am triggered to create this petition.

Maybe you don't like Big Bang, so you don't understand how the Indonesian VIP cherished this group so much. Maybe you don't care that we wait for 3 years to see them together again in the stage, and for some, this is their first Big Bang concert. But we don't ask you to like them. You don't need to understand and don't need to laugh at us who sacrifice so much to watch the concert. We just ask you to do your job properly. We pay you for services and best concert experience and you gave us none of them.

I demand you to give a clear explanation for each above issues and follow with an official apology for all the audience that day in your website.
