Clarification from @tikeprie

Dear all, I just had a discussion with @tikeprie, one of the official of @mecimapro. My focus is to get a proper clarification on the VIP ticket issue which they avoided in their official clarifications on their website before. Tike basically explained that the 1200 number for the VIP ticket is still considered as limited because the capacity of Pink section is 3200. She also stated that that is the common number for VIP ticket in other country. For the fast track issue, she can not confirm it directly why many audience from Pink section were already inside the venue before the VIP section. She needs to confirm it first to the field crew since she wasn't in the venue at that day. She also emphasized how sorry she and the promotor feels for all the issues occurred during and after the MADE concert. She and the whole crew realizes that there are so many things to be evaluated and fixed. I know that the confirmation she gave is not fully satisfactory and still left questions or disappointment to many of us but her good intention to meet and explain is greatly appreciated by me. Let this petition be a tough reminder and warning for them or any other concert promotor in Indonesia (esp. Kpop) that they are obligated to serve their consumer appropriately. That their consumer deserve a good quality service and we can complain very hard if they treat us wrong. Lastly, I want to say thank you for everyone who helped me signed and shared this petition. Thank you for those who keep asking me about the progress of this petition which means I am not alone in this journey. That this issue also matters to you. I am sorry if in the end this petition doesn't deliver the result you are hoping for. I can say to you that I did try my best to get the best explanation and I humbly hope you all can understand.
