9b Samus was fun and incentive. You could have your own playstyle that was completely out of the norm and still place well, albeit with extreme difficulty.
9b Samus was fun to play against as well as, and required skill to be even close to decent.
She was well balanced outside of 1 move, which only was noticeable in a single MU, and hard to even land it.

Beta Samus on the other hand is annoying as all hell to play as because you only have 4 moves. Fair. NeutralB. DownB. And Zair. But all you need is Fair.
She's even more annoying to play against because Fair has a HUGE hitbox lightly spikes on her 2nd and 3rd hit and has medium base KB with a good KBG meaning you're going to die from it offstage. Even worse is that Fair does 24% fresh!! So Fair ->Fair->Charge shot pretty much OHKOs the way it is now.
Did I mention that Charge shot does 37% and kills at 60% as of beta 1.0.2? yeah...
Almost none of her moves have endlag comparable to the power of the move.

We must as a collective raise our voices so that McLeodGaming knows that we want our better Samus back, our fun Samus.
