Our goal is half complete! Today, McDonald's has released retro Halloween trick-or-treat buckets of their Ghost, Pumpkin and Witch to their restaurants and the three buckets will be sold in McDonald's restaurants until Halloween day! That's wonderful! With retro Halloween Happy Meal items released this year, now let's make sure McDonald's does it again in October of 2023! In 2024, McDonald's will no longer sell plastic Happy Meal toys, so 2023 will be our last chance at seeing a Halloween Happy Meal with the retro items sold! We cannot let McDonald's skip making retro Halloween Happy Meal items in October 2023 before the plastic-free Happy Meals change takes place in 2024, especially after the excitement from both children and adults over the Halloween buckets' return!
Our petition that asks McDonald's to bring back plastic Happy Meal items for Halloween, such as Trick-or-Treat pails and/or Halloween-themed McNugget Buddies, has reached 467 signatures so far and we only need 33 more in order to reach the 500 signatures milestone! That's wonderful! Please be sure to share the link to this petition on websites such as Twitter and Facebook and ask your friends if they would like to sign this petition as well.
