Hi everyone! You probably saw that another major company has introduced a veggie alternative, and this time it is a furniture retailer! IKEA will add vegan meatballs, as an alternative to Swedish meatballs, to their menu in almost all US locations. IKEA is the biggest furniture retailer in the US and now has a hearty veggie option, but the biggest fast-food company, McDonald’s, still hasn’t committed to a McVeggie. Instead, I read a report that they’re testing a Sirloin Burger! As more large chains and companies beat McDonald’s in providing plant-based options, now is the time to continue pressuring them. Besides sharing this petition, you can continue to take action by: Tweeting this: http://ctt.ec/9171O Going to the McDonald’s Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/McDonalds and copy / paste the simple message below (or your own) into any of the comments of any video or photos. "IKEA has veggie meatballs. White Castle has veggie sliders. Subway and Taco Bell have great options. Why does McDonald’s refuse to add a McVeggie? Change.org/McVeggie" Thank you, Kathy
