With new options supposedly coming to Bellingham and Whatcom County your city and county government officials are happy to tell you just to sit tight and wait on private companies to "solve the problem," but a review of the situation shows that relying on private companies has resulted in almost no real progress. The existing public network remains the only option that gives us 100% fiber to the premises coverage.
