Talking around town I have found a lot of people living in apartment complexes that are stuck with one provider. Often a provider they hate. Of course the owners of the complexes can allow multiple providers in, but often don't. This SF policy changes that. Allowing multiple providers into a building is not hard. Ask your landlords about it :).
