Today, some members of the City Council will have a Skype Meeting with Chris Mitchell of Community Broadband Networks. They will have a 1:00PM meeting that the public can attend but NOT comment at. They will then have a 7:00PM meeting with a total of 15 minutes slated for public commentary. I have prepared a 3 minute speech and will, if possible, present the petition and comments up to this point. It should be noted that these there are only 15 minutes slated for the whole meeting for all public commentary on any topic. Also, it should be noted that in the past the big telecoms have had staff assigned to them and been given multiple long duration meetings with our city at our expense.
