Yesterday I spoke with a municipal politician. He informed me that Mayor Plante is uninterested in having Velo Quebec add an optional fundraising component to their events. This, very unfortunately is an illustration of how the Québécois are when it comes to charitable giving. Quebec is the worst place for charitable giving in all of Canada and the USA.
