There are plans submitted to open a Wawa store and gas station as well as a Panera restaurant on the corner of Duquesne Dr and State Rt 70. This will create undue traffic issues in the neighborhood as well as create issues with the already cramped Tryko Partners parking issues that have arisen lately. We're looking to reject the plans and block this building.
