Hello Petition Signers,

We reached 1800 signers today but we need to keep building momentum so be sure to share the petition on your social media or even via email with a neighbor to get them to sign. Portland Police and Mayor Ted Wheeler are supposedly going to make remarks tomorrow and we hope it is not more of the same talking points about adding housing and shelter because that does not address the underlying issue of crime that is putting us all at risk and making our neighborhoods unlivable.

We have a lot more planned and are behind this campaign for the long term and appreciate your support.

While we are not endorsing any candidates for office we encourage all of Portland to research candidates and learn about their positions on public safety issues and consider whether they will improve things or make them worse.
