Coalition for Kansas City Economic Development Reform

May 22, 2018
When we last communicated with you, it was because the Economic Development Corporation of Kansas City's 353 Board had cancelled their agenda item to decide whether we should give Cordish tax incentives to build their luxury apartments.
After several months of no news, we have recently learned that the Three Light project will be discussed at the upcoming 353 Board Meeting tomorrow, Wednesday, May 23rd at 8:30am.
WE NEED PEOPLE to show up!
1100 Walnut, in the Jackson Room on the 17th floor.
This is our best chance to express just how WRONG it would be to give Cordish a free pass on property tax for their luxury housing projects.
Here is a link to all of the materials that the 353 Board will be looking at to make their decision:

We would encourage you to email members of the board if you can't make it to the meeting and let them know how you feel.
