The Issue
A UCFCC report (available at www.ucnjfcc.org) demostrated that the animal control practices of Weehawken are at the 18th century/third world level, as compared to Secaucus and NYC. Weehawken should join Union City in issuing a new request for proposals (RFP) correcting its many animal control problems and bringing its animal control practices into the 21st century, similar to Secaucus and NYC.
