With the recent incident at the Couchaching government dock, the tragic loss of one of our own dedicated and loved volunteers Chris Bellchambers, we decided to start a petition to have an implementation of life rings at our city waterfront locations to prevent any future loss of life.

We would like to call it “Chris Bell ring”
