Seoulland Zoo is selling its animals to slaughterhouses: http://m.hope.daum.net/donation/detailview.daum?donation_id=110458 It is one of the largeat zoos in Korea. Animal rights groups in Korea investigated this matter and found evidences that Seoulland zoo has been selling its old and sickly or animals that are simply past their prime to slaughterhouses at least over past decade. Activists in Korea were able to dissuade the farmers from slaughtering these animals but they want their money back from Seoulland. Seoulland has full knowledge of this legal loophole and is consciously abusing it to gain profit from this cruelty. Seoulland is refusing to take the animals back and saying the money has been spent already. They do not even offer any apology and say it is not illegal.
