Seven Die of Drug Overdoses in April

The announcement in The Journal is that seven people died in April from Overdose and officials say, "The county has recorded five overdose deaths so far in April, compared to five deaths in all of April last year. “We still have 10 days to go,” Just one is too many. Instead of comparing numbers why do they avoid the need for the treatment right here in Martinsburg, WV or Berkeley County? Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. When will they ever learn?
