We need 119 signatures for 1000

Thanks to everyone that has come out strongly in support of this issue.  The strong response has been somewhat unexpected but demonstrates everybody's frustration with this long term lingering issue.

If you know of anybody else affected, that can support this petition, ask them to sign so we can see if we can reach the 1000 mark.
