DC Court of Appeals Dismisses Trolley Trestle Case - Clearing the Way for Demolition

This summer, the DC Court of Appeals dismissed the DC Preservation League's appeal to the raze of the Foundry Branch Trolley Trestle Bridge.  All is not lost. The DC Council included $250,000 in the FY24 Budget to study acquiring the trestle bridge and turning it into a safe pedestrian and cycling bridge that will connect communities west of the park to Georgetown.
