Two public meetings are in the works for the end of July (tentatively Tuesday 27th evening.)
One meeting is to the general operations
The other to engage with the youth.
We will be addressing the following at both:
– The Startup Movement
– Core Board
– the Three Stages of Development
– the Four Financial Resource Cornerstones
- Assessing Feasibility
– Delegation of Responsibility
– Who’s Who in elected, government and private support of the Movement for the State Street Food Coop
The meeting with the youth will address peace among the youth and resources for the youth such as Section 3 jobs and the Culinary training
We aim to implement the most environmentally sustainable practices in all aspects of our operation and to join others in working toward positive environmental goals for our owners and community. We will collaborate with other businesses and entities and will put a special focus on sharing best practices moving toward the success relying on the broad support of both our member-owners and the community at large.
