37th Avenue Wellness Corridor Now Open M-F 9am-8pm

Hello studio owners, dancers, and families and friends,

We were able to advocate for an outdoor excercise/dance/practice space for dancers, fitness enthusiasts, yoga, etc. It has started!  

Thanks to Angie Petit-Taylor, Sunset Mercantile and Supervisor Gordon Mar’s D4 office, there is now space for all dancers to dance outdoors. The space is rentable in two time slots - essentially morning and afternoon/evening and there are restrooms, a WiFi hotspot and the street is totally blocked off with supervision. It is a huge beautiful street one block from Saint Ignatius High School, one block from the library and Sunset Playground! 

If we do not have more interest soon we risk losing the entire space. It is such a wonderful opportunity for our children!

I apologize for taking so long to update this amazing group.  Advocacy and change take time. I have taught outdoors for one week now and it has been the greatest week in my last year. The children are lifted up from this too.
