It provides data showing the same two block section for our proposed Farmers' Market has the highest rate of jaywalking tickets in the city! Obviously people want to walk here. Writing tickets does not improve safety. Decriminalize walking by closing the street to motor vehicles! Let the people walk! #FreeGarnet
