It is a bucket of items they want the freedom to be able to implement without the people's input or control. Additionally, as they decry that we need to bus because the park is being "loved to death", they are including closing turn outs (more congestion), roads -- fire hazard and more congestion, closing trails all while they intend to add marketing to promote the park. Your voice matters. A great example of how we lose control is the Strawberry Fields building envelope. There are 3 large and huge structures in the center of Strawberry Fields -- a total of 5 is what it appears. Initially it was proposed they would use portable structures with only one picnic area to minimize disruption of the area.
