RESCUE NEEDED BY EOD ON 6/13
This week there is no Last Chance List from the shelter, but there is this medically urgent guy. We are so sorry to keep begging for pledges & shares, but the urgent medical haven’t stopped. It’s crazy how many dogs are entering the shelter hit by cars or with other severe medical. That speaks volumes about our community. Our dogs deserve better! We need to do better.
Rhino #A439675, is 3 years old & around 75lbs. He entered the shelter as an owner surrender. The owner couldn’t care for his medical anymore. Rhino isn’t using his front leg and he has a large wound in his armpit. He’s also heartworm positive. None of these issues happen overnight! Rhino is not doing well at the shelter. He’s very scared. When out in the interaction yard, he does warm up. Due to his injury, he hasn’t been formally temperament tested, but when walking by dogs in kennels, he ignored them. Even one that was outwardly barking and growling.
Please help us, help Rhino. He needs pledges & a foster. He can only be saved by a rescue.
