BREAKING NEWS!!!!!
Federal Highway Administratin OPENS UP INVESTIGATION OF CIVIL RIGHTS VIOLATION OF RESIDENTS OF GLOBEVILLE, SWANSEA , ELYRIA
LISTEN TO CPR AT 10 TODAY.

We were shocked to learn that the US Civil Rights Commission has found:
In short, not only has the EPA been slow and ineffectual in resolving environmental justice concerns in vulnerable communities as dictated by the Civil Rights Act and Clinton’s executive order; it has also passed rules that are perhaps themselves environmentally unjust. Federal environmental protection, for now, still seems to be a privilege of class and race.

Do you think that the Enviromental Protection Agency has protected people who live near Highway I-70 from health and safety risks? Residents complain of health problems, noise , pollution form I 70:

Studies tell a hellish story for residents of Globeville, Swansea and Elyria:

Tell the EPA to step up and protect the health and safety of residents of these communities who have carried the weight of Denver development on their backs for too long.
SEND E MAIL TO:
EPA, Region 8 Jennifer Chergo, Dania Zinner:
Jennifer Chergo , Dania Zinner
Dear Ms, Chergo and Ms. Zinner,
The EPA 's mandate is to protect the health and safety of all citizens, even poor people of color. the communities of Globeville, Swansea and Elyria have terrible health problems form the pollution in thier communities from I- 70 and from industrial toxic pollutants in the ground and water. It is so bad that it has been declared a Superfund site by the US government.
Where is the EPA? Why do you contine to tolerate the unjust conditions that violate the civil rights of these Denver residents?
We call on you to stop the construction of the polluting Highway I 70 and halt work on the unsafe, polluting Platte to Park Hill draiange project that will flood poor neighborhoods and pollute our river.
Thank you for your consideration.
Warmest regards,
(your name)
