It's a slow start but it's a start. Today the OSPCA declined to inspect our fence. The Town contracts them for bylaw enforcement. Nice eh?? Cozy arrangement. Who knew you could buy off the OSPCA? Please pass around the link to the petition to pet owners. Slide show of fence pics.
