     Let's start a petition and let our mayor know that we want garbage cans!! I'm sure you are all right along with me! I'm sick of animals tearing through our garbage and garbage blowing through the wind!! Even the Groot guys say that they would prefer cans!! Let's make this happen people!!!!!
