Mayor  said " I request people not to feed stray dogs as they become aggressive if they don’t get anything to eat." As We have observed children exploit stray dogs by hitting them stones, ball etc which actually make them aggressive. Rather  then blaming animals, we should try to figure out problem at our end because human can change and manipulate things but animals cannot.So we need to teach our kids how they should treat animals. If animals are getting aggressive there must be a reason behind it and we need to find out a solution for it rather then starving them and torturing them physical and mentally. And above that there is no sveres punishment for cruelty against animal which actually make them feel free to do whatever they like to do.
