These signs appeared in the main hall of the Torpedo Factory Art Center, probably an explanation for the disastrous first round of re-jurying. 

No one, except for a handful of detached bureaucrats in City Hall, thought the re-jury process was a good idea. They knew there were objections to it. And in their arrogance they went forward with it anyway. Now it's done and at least ten talented artists have needlessly lost their leases.
