In spite of obvious flaws, in spite of the fact that they accepted no meaningful feedback from the artists or the public, city staff went forward with their rejurying program and now at least four artists will lose their studios because of it.

The City staff overseeing the jurying process are not capable artists themselves; they could not pass the jurying standards they have created, so why are they in charge of it?
