Sometime last year, you signed a petition asking for a community planning process for Atlantic Avenue and adjacent industrial blocks. It is finally happening.

Council Member Hudson, the Department of City Planning and consultant WXY Architecture are hosting a virtual kick-off event for the Atlantic Avenue Mixed Use Plan (AAMUP) on Tuesday, January 17 from 6PM to 8PM.  All participants are asked to register in advance by visiting: https://bit.ly/AAMUP-jan-kickoff. Discussions will touch on density, land use and housing as well as open space, infrastructure, economic development and jobs.

Note, if you are interested in staying informed, but cannot make the virtual meeting, you can register for the meeting anyways to be on an email list for future notifications.
