Graffiti and more damage to the summerhouse

Sadly the summerhouse has suffered more damage, despite attempts to repair the last 'bout'. I've been 'away' due to illness but want to see this petition delivered 'formally' to Mayo County council, just not sure how to do that as I live in Tasmania (any ideas?)
