Lulu’s Law:
*Maximum sentences must be given to convicted child sex offenders the first time and every time. There is no way other way to prevent sexual abuse if offenders are alive and free.
*All clergy must be required by law to report sexual abuse in their congregations, or be held as liable as any other accomplice. No more cover-ups under the guise of confidentiality, as is true for doctors, nurses, police officers, teachers, etc. Abuse must be reported the first time and every time. In addition to being charged as an accomplice, a minimum fine of $20,000 USD shall be issued to any guilty minister.
*Parents and guardians must be required by law to report child sex abuse in their homes, or be held as liable as any other accomplice. No more family secrets about child sex abuse. Abuse must be reported the first time and every time. In addition to being charged as an accomplice, a minimum fine of $20,000 USD shall be issued to any legal parent or guardian that does not report child sex abuse in their home.
*Any public or private organization or institution, religious or otherwise, found to have a sexual predator in their ranks must automatically be flagged and targeted for audits and investigations in order to enact and enforce any and all punitive and preventive measures, to uncover any other current sexual abuse(s), and prevent further sexual abuse(s). If neglect and/or abuse is found by a jury to be systemic and/or repetitive within their operations, a minimum fine of $250,000 USD shall be issued to any public or private organization or institution, religious or otherwise, that is found guilty of participating in or covering up for systemic and/or repetitive child sexual abuse(s).

*Cualquier organización o institución pública o privada, religiosa o de otro tipo, que se descubra que tiene un depredador sexual en sus filas debe ser automáticamente señalada y objeto de auditorías e investigaciones para promulgar y hacer cumplir todas y cada una de las medidas punitivas y preventivas, para descubrir cualquier otra abuso(s) sexual(es) actual(es), y prevenir más abuso(s) sexual(es). Si un jurado determina que la negligencia y/o el abuso son sistémicos y/o repetitivos dentro de sus operaciones, se impondrá una multa mínima de $250,000 USD a cualquier organización o institución pública o privada, religiosa o de otro tipo, que sea declarada culpable de participar. en o encubriendo abuso(s) sexual(es) infantil(es) sistémico(s) y/o repetitivo(s).
