When youth have a voice, great things can happen. It is time that the City of Vaughan brings young people back into the discussion. 

My name is Sean Li, and I am a grade 9 student living in Vaughan. I believe civic engagement in youth is a vital part of a community.

This is such a simple act that will bring massive benefits to the community, such as cultural acceptance, recycling, anti-bullying, stopping drug use, and reducing violence within schools.

I see a future for Vaughan. That future, however, relies upon experience within youth.
