As the rains start and dusk rolls in, that tow truck in the distance is a looming harbinger for anyone without shelter who depends upon their vehicle for safety. Do I leave? How do these community members stay protected when the agencies charged with keeping them safe become their nightmares?

The Mayor needs to direct departments to be pro-active in finding solutions to providing fair bathrooms and water access AND a safe parking lot for those who live in their cars.
