Today we had lunch/met with the CEO of a prestigious entity in NC who made some recommendations, and offered some guidance to the direction of the bill in hope of it passing.  They are going to line us up with another group based in NC that specialize in the creation of legislation, and its journey into law.  More updates to come as progress is made.

The recommendations made thus far were eye opening and added into the comprehensive draft, now called 0.6.5.  It is now available on change.org.  These changes close gaps that only a fresh set of eye could see.
