Hi everyone,

We need to get more press coverage. This morning (1st April - no joke!) Victoria Derbyshire covered the Assessement and Treatment Units (ATUs) abuse and detention of many patients. Their families are visibly distraught from their children who are being detention against their will.

“With a report on the scandal of vulnerable patients locked in secure patient units for years. Their parents don’t know how to get them out. One family, whose daughter has been in secure units for seven years, was so desperate to escape she swallowed a toothbrush.”
