Shortly after receiving our 3000th signature, we submitted our petition to Maureen Bornholdt, Renewable Energy Program Manager for the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM). We hope to hear from the BOEM soon on whether or not they will offer a discount to those developers who hold Community Benefit Agreements in the upcoming Massachusetts offshore wind lease auction.
