In recognition and regard to the difficulty of any excess funds due to this fundraiser, which realistically would not be an issue at all due to the cost of attorney fees, all monies raised will be given to the law firm that will represent the complainant in this case. In regard to the 'submission' of this petition, I would like you all to know that in this type of petition, each and every signature that is added, is sent, via email, directly to the office of Maura Healy, the Attorney General of Massachusetts. At this writing, she is now in receipt of over 126,000 emails from the signatories of this petition.
